Our Handyman subscription packages have been created to provide homeowners with the peace of mind in knowing that they have a dedicated service provider.

Here’s how it works:

You can provide projects and priorities OR our technicians will come on site and review your property needs with you to develop the project list. We create your personal list and update the list at least annually and provide a complementary property review each year on your anniversary with us.

You will be given your own personal portal on our system to see all your one-time or monthly work. Descriptions, receipts, billing, photos and detailed information will be available at your fingertips at all times.

We have three plans to customize your needs for fixed monthly maintenance and repairs, and the peace of mind to have an on-call expert that knows your property.

We also offer a concierge service with a monthly retain for you to customize your own projects to be completed by our Professionals. Our handyman will perform tasks according to your direction or from our monthly maintenance lists.

The allocated package time can be used as accrued or it can build up over time for larger projects. Additional work time can be purchased at a reduced rate, if needed for more timely fixes.

All our packages offer standard discounts on larger projects and since we know you and know your home, we offer professional assistance and advice on services we don’t perform or other. It’s like having a handy friend be there when needed.
