I reached out to Tom about repairing a crack in my marble tub. Tom was on time, and very professional. On top of the repair, we discussed the possibility of a remodel of the bathroom at some point in the near future. The tech that repaired the tub, Edward, was also on time, courteous, and very professional, keeping me informed with each step. TC Canyon Ventures was a true joy to work with. Got their name off Angie, and was a little reluctant to chose a contractor that way, but once I read the reviews, met Tom, and got their quote I knew they were the right ones to hire.
Had some problems with delays on the product with the manufacturer, but Tom kept on them until it all worked out.
His staff (workers and admin) were prompt, professional and friendly. Excellent workmanship. A joy to do business with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
